Prevalence of skin burning and pruritus decreased over time:12,20,21
- Correlated with baseline disease severity and extent
- Occurred primarily at the beginning of therapy
- Generally resolved within a few days
Ninety percent of the skin burning events had a median duration of 15 minutes, and 90% of the pruritus events had a median duration of 20 minutes.7 The most common adverse events included pruritus, skin burning, flu-like symptoms, and headache.
